About This Program

The Digital Badge in Customer Connection is a part-time program that puts you in touch with the person most important to your organization—your customer. Find out how to reach your target customer through persuasive selling techniques, writing web content that speaks to them, techniques to create a customer community, and creative storytelling.

Work with mentors in our hands-on courses, with real-world exercises and case study examples. Customer Connection is an important landmark on your journey to becoming your organization’s marketing and social media wizard.

While the Customer Connection Digital Badge is open to everyone, it will be particularly useful for:

Required Courses

Program Requirements

The courses that comprise this badge are all Elective courses. Complete three electives within a specified timeframe with a passing grade and obtain a Digital Badge in Customer Connection.

You can take courses in any order provided the prerequisites are met.

  • Writing Effective Web Content
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Visualization and Storytelling

Program Timelines

You must declare your intention to complete a Digital Badge before you are halfway through the program. To declare your intent, send us an email with your full name, date of birth, and the name of the program you intend to complete.

All required and elective courses must be completed within one calendar year. It’s important to note that you don’t have to take all the courses at once and can stagger them over time.
