This comprehensive 8-hour course is required by all film unions and guilds in B.C. It provides essential information that you need to know before you can work on a film set. Course topics include on-set language, reading and understanding a call sheet, location shooting codes of conduct, on-set safety protocols (including stunts and special effects), who’s who on a film set, job descriptions and more.

Beyond this practical knowledge, the course also covers current filming information, growth and trends in the industry as well as the typical demands and challenges a production crew faces.
