Strong and resilient leadership is grounded in a deep, well-rounded understanding of personal leadership style. By stepping outside your comfort zone and engaging with unfamiliar leadership contexts, you will observe and reflect upon your typical leadership response.

Activities and reflection explore the leadership themes of trust, self-awareness, empathy, critical-thinking, and context based leadership decision-making. You will have the opportunity to reflect individually and as part of a group, providing rich and diverse conversation. These activities are intended to illuminate how your actions, decisions, and mindset support or hinder you in achieving your leadership goals. This course uses the outdoors, in an accessible way, providing you with an opportunity to begin expanding your leadership style.
